AI for Healthcare

Applying AI to transform diagnostics, optimize treatments, and expand medical access.

Aided by AI and other digital technologies, tools like wearables and smartphone health apps help consumers take control of their own wellness and have easy access to information and medical providers near them. Furthermore, new connected digital health devices can help relieve the stress that could come with hospital queues and simply following doctor’s orders.

We are studying digital devices that can deliver the exact amount of medication a patient needs and also send that information to connected apps or platforms and keep health providers in a real-time adherence and compliance for assessing efficacy of treatment. We are discovering that connected health technology is transforming the way clinical trials are conducted within the pharmaceutical industry. We demonstrate why this is precisely because of the quantifiable and actionable two-way facilitation of communication, helping to ensure the most effective and efficient testing of a study’s hypothesis by clinical trial administrators.

Our on-going studies discover that healthcare companies are moving ever closer to bringing digital solutions of increasing complexity like these to the masses. More than half of companies we’ve surveyed are at least in the development stage with their digital solutions, with 28% of them in the testing phase.
